Designed to fit Shimano 10 speed (Dura Ace, Ultegra and 105) our carbon mech plates are a replcement for the inner plate on your rear deraileur. Weighing in at 5 grams and made from 2.3mm carbon our mech plates are fitted with threaded titanium inserts and meet our very light and very ridiculously good looking criteria.
