Race Wheel Hire 


 
Got a big race coming up?  Cyclespeed offers Zipp and Xentis race wheels for hire.  All our wheels are tubular.

Available Wheelsets and cost:
Zipp404 Zed Tech - $320 per race
Zipp404 ceramic - $280 per race
Zipp808 - $320 per race
Zipp1080 Zedtech - $520 per race
Xentis Mark1 TT - $380 per race

How does it work?
Give us a call on (03) (9596 2785) to make sure we have your wheels available.  Let us know what cassette ratio you would like and we'll have you ready to go.  Drop into the shop a few days prior to your big race to have your race wheels fitted and tuned.  Race and then return your hire wheels to us the following week.

FAQ's
- What if I have a flat?  All our wheels are tubby's - dont worry, we'll take you through the change process. Changing a tubby is easier and much faster.  We'll also supply you with a spare tyre and inflation system.  Flat tyres incur a $25 fee to partially cover the cost of replacing the tyre.   
- What if the wheels get damaged or destroyed?  No problem, our wheels are insured, you will incur a $100 fee to cover the excess.
- Do I need carbon brake pads? - Yes you do (not required with Xentis), we can include a set with your wheels for an additional $20 or we can sell you a set if you would prefer to own them.
- If I really like the wheels can I buy them? - Yes you can and we'll take your hire charge off the cost of the wheels.
- Are race wheels faster?  Yes, yes they are.
