Cyclespeed Shipping, Returns and Policy - Please note we only ship to locations within Australia - No International Orders Accepted.
We will send your purchase via Australia Post and we aim to ship same day if possible or next day at the latest - all of our products are in stock and ready for delivery. Your purchase will be securely packaged and sent via Express Post which is both fast and provides us with tracking information to ensure you receive what you ordered.
Our postage charge is simple - $7.50 flat rate - anywhere in Australia, we do not ship overseas. Please note that wheels and aerobars attract an additional shipping surcharge due to the cost of posting these products - please read the product description for surchage amounts.
Our returns policy is simple. If, when you receive your product you decide that for any reason you don’t want it (including in-transit damage, wrong size, or change of mind), simply return it to us on the address provided with your invoice. We will either refund your money or replace your item to the same $ amount.
Our products come with their original manufacturers warranty however - should you have any concerns that a product supplied by us may be defective in any way send a note to products@cyclespeed.com.au and we will remedy the issue (replace, refund or repair). We cannot accept warranty issues resulting from general wear and tear but we will ensure your product operates free from manufacturing defects.
Please note: some of our products are race spec (that's a nice way of saying "single use") which means exactly that. These special products are very light, very fast and eventually they will fail - we guarantee it. Where a product is not designed for every day use, we will put special instructions on the product description to alert you to this fact.
Privacy Policy:
Cyclespeed takes you privacy very seriously. We will not share your personal information with any outside third parties – ever. The information you supply to us is kept in strictest confidence. We do not provide any of your personal details or any aspects of your personal details to outside marketing or advertising companies. Your personal details will be retained by us for the purposes of providing you with a better shopping experience and to send out the occasional e-mail update when we have something new to show you. You can opt out of our electronic newsletters at any time (simply click the “Unsubscribe” link on the newsletter).
Shopping through Cyclespeed.com.au with your credit card is supported by St George Bank through their secure and encrypted system.
Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else. The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
