Tri Bike Fit - The F.I.S.T Method 

Andrew from Cyclespeed is now F.I.S.T certified and performing tri specific bike fits using this method.  For more information see the Slowtwitch web site which provides a complete rundown on the experience and thinking behind this style of tri bike fitting.  Cyclespeed has always focused on fitting triathletes from Sprint distance to Ironman.  If you are not able to stay aero for the entire bike leg, if you are not comfortable or if you are having trouble running off the bike then you should come and talk to us.  Fitting takes between 2-3 hours and costs $150.  For a booking please call the Andrew, Simone or Asher on 03 9596 2785.



Road Bike Fit

There is a lot of opinion and myth surrounding a good bike fit.  Go for a roll down Beach Rd on any given Sunday and you will see every position imaginable from the fast and efficient to the down right dangerous.  The Cyclespeed approach to road bike fit is based around general fit principles that we know work for almost all cyclists combined with spending the time to adapt these rules to your body.  A fitting session will generally take about two hours and involve fitting in the workshop and testing out on the road.  If you would like to be more comfortable, a bit quicker or ride for longer then come and have a chat with us in the workshop.  Road bike fitting costs $150 and bookings can be made on 03 9596 2785 with either Andrew, Simone or Asher.

Just want a quick check that your position is OK?  Dont need a complete bike fit?  If so, give us a call and book in for a quick check.  We charge out at $80 per hour and you can use as much of our time as you need to work on your particular fit niggle.


Saddle Test Program

Seat not comfortable?  Are you tired of buying saddles and then having to sell them, because you can't find the perfect fit?  For $300 you can ride every saddle over a month long period.  We have a huge range of saddles to test including SanMarco, Italia, Fizi:k, SMP, Profile Design, RavX. Some customers try 3 saddles, some customers try 10 (our record is 11).  No matter how many saddles you need to try, we'll get you comfortable.  The $300 covers the cost of the saddle you decide to keep and you only pay extra if you select a saddle with a rec retail of more than $300.
